Clients are required to hold both dates.
Sunset comes a little later in the spring and some of the sessions and rain dates may conflict with sports or bedtimes. Please be sure you are ok with booking your session and committing to the corresponding rain date as there will be a cancellation policy.
Important to Consider:
Ideal for seniors in search of some greenery, waterfront and historical looking architecture. Also ideal for families of all ages with a flexible session flow to meet the needs and temperament of your group. These 25 minute sessions are generally good for kids that are ok jumping in and don't need a lot of time to warm up.
Location Overview:
The conservation property offers some small waterfront spaces, old stone steps, and rock walls. This location does require some physical mobility and does have a restroom available.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
As a parent of a busy large young family, I both relate to and understand that illness and emergencies DO happen and will do my best to be reasonable and flexible to work with clients around such circumstances if they arise. I want your session to go well and want everyone feeling their best and to be healthy and well! As a business owner, there have been an increasing number of clients that book sessions and then realize they have schedule conflicts, work conflicts, school and sports conflicts.... or perhaps decide they are not ready to get organized for a family photo session and subsequently ask to cancel or reschedule. This is problematic for Photographers as it prevents us from opening dates for other clients to fill session spots in a reasonable amount of time.
As such, my updated cancellation policy is:
- A 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your session fee will be due on your session date.
- Cancellation or rescheduling by the client 72 hours or more prior to session start time: the deposit and session fees may be applied one time to a future rescheduled session date. Please give as much courtesy notice as possible, as I often have additional staff and scheduling surrounding the reservation (studio owners, assistants, babysitters). Availability to reschedule to a future date is not guaranteed.
- Cancellations and rescheduling requests made by the client more than one time: the 50% deposit will be non-refundable, no exceptions.
- Cancellations made by the client UNDER 24 hours prior to session start time: the 50% deposit will be non-refundable, no exceptions.
In the rare event of a late cancellation made by the Photographer due to illness, or personal emergency, the Photographer will make a reasonable attempt to reschedule the session as soon as possible with the client's schedule in mind. If a rescheduled session date cannot be made with the client, the Photographer will refund all session fees, including the client deposit.
